Shipping and Returns

Our goal is to ensure that your products reach you in pristine condition as quickly as we can. Shipping fees are waived unless your order total falls beneath a certain threshold. In situations where an order is cancelled before it’s dispatched, fails to reach you, or cannot be delivered to your chosen location, you’re entitled to a full refund, shipping costs included. However, if you cancel just a portion of your order, shipping charges are non-refundable. Likewise, shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned orders.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically on your doorstep within 5 to 7 business days from the time of order placement.

We send out all glamourkart.in orders via reputed courier services like DTDC and FedEx.

Incomplete Deliveries and Missing Products

Should there be a discrepancy with your order, such as missing items, please provide photographic evidence along with your invoice to our customer care via email. We reserve a review period of up to 10 days to assess the situation and will decide on either issuing a refund or reshipping the missing items. Each case may be judged individually, and we hold the right to refuse compensation or delivery when necessary. In instances of partial deliveries, the issue must be reported within 24 hours and we advise against accepting packages that are open or tampered with.

Keep in mind that the mentioned delivery timeframe is an estimate, and actual delivery can be influenced by product availability, delivery location, and other unforeseen factors. As a glamourkart.in customer, your satisfaction is protected, and should there be an extensive delay in shipping beyond our estimated delivery window, you have the option to cancel your order by reaching out to us at customercare@glamourkart.in for both online and offline purchases.

Damaged Orders on Arrival

Our packaging standards are high to guarantee product safety during transit, but should you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours. Whether it’s an online or offline purchase, report the damage to customercare@glamourkart.in so we can either replace the order or process a cancellation.

Receiving the Wrong Items

If you happen to receive items different from what you’ve ordered, we’re ready to send out the correct products post-reception of the mistaken ones (further details are in our Return Policy). For such cases, report the error to customercare@glamourkart.in for both online and offline orders.

Return Policy Steps

  1. Communicate your intent to return items within 24 hours of receipt.
  2. Send an email detailing the return, including photographs of the incorrect/faulty items, invoice, and the packaging, to customercare@glamourkart.in for online and offline orders.
  3. Upon our confirmation, send back the items.
  4. After receipt and inspection of your return, we’ll ship out the correct products and reimburse your shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

Our Possible Cancellation Reasons

There are rare occasions where we must cancel orders for reasons such as:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing, promotion, or product description errors
  • Unverified or incomplete addresses
  • Non-serviceable areas
    Should we need further verification or additional details before accepting an order, we’ll reach out to you. Payments for cancelled orders will be refunded promptly.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you change your mind and we receive your cancellation notice within 24 hours of the order placement, and before we’ve processed it, we’ll gladly cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, we won’t be able to cancel orders that have been processed or shipped.
